Return/Exchange Guidelines

  • Requests must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase of delivery for online orders.
  • A proof of purchase (order/invoice number) is required.
  • Items must be unused and returned with all original tags and labels intact.
  • Please return your items in their original packaging (such as the dust bag, box, etc.) to ensure they reach us safely.
  • Returns not meeting these conditions will be sent back to you, with shipping costs deducted from your refund.

Request a Return or Exchange

  • You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us at Care@lamaisonmotye.com with your exact order number and our customer care team will get in touch within 2-3 business days.
  • A pickup will be scheduled, with an additional shipping fee based on your location. It may take up to 15+ days for us to receive your return for international shipments. You can track your order status by contacting our care team.
  • Once the item is inspected and accepted by our quality team, your refund will be processed via the same payment method used for the original order (excluding shipping fees). Refunds may take 4-15 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

Once your return is accepted and the product is returned in unused condition with all original packaging, we will process your exchange order within 3-4 business days. Please note that the client will be responsible for any new shipping charges.
